At Digisoft ZA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product or service you’ve received, this Refund & Return Policy explains how we can assist you.
1. General Policy
We offer refunds and returns in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and Google Merchant Center policies.
Refunds are available for both digital and physical products under certain conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You may be eligible for a refund or return if:
The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You were charged incorrectly or received the wrong item.
The product could not be delivered or activated due to an error on our side.
The product falls within the cooling-off period as allowed by law.
Non-refundable: Products that have already been redeemed, activated, or delivered correctly as described (e.g., digital software keys successfully delivered and used) may not be eligible for a refund unless required by law.
3. Timeframe for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return of Physical Products
For physical products (e.g., keycards or USB packaging):
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Digisoft ZA will cover all reasonable return shipping costs, including standard courier or postal fees, regardless of the reason for return.
We will provide return instructions or a prepaid return option where applicable.
Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued. No restocking or handling fees are charged on any returns.
5. Digital Products
For digital items (e.g., software keys, subscriptions):
If the license key or subscription was delivered incorrectly, does not work, or cannot be redeemed, we will replace or refund the product after verification.
If the product was correctly delivered and activated, no refund will be issued unless required by law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return, please contact us with the following information:

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery or activation:
Orders for digital products can be cancelled only if the key or license has not yet been delivered.
Physical orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided if:
The request is made after the 7-day refund period.
The product was correctly delivered and activated.
The issue arose from customer error, system incompatibility, or violation of product terms.
Fraudulent or abusive refund claims are detected.
